The 2007 TACO Halloween Parade will be held Tuesday, October 16 at 6 p.m. Registration for the parade is at the Tyrone Borough Highway Building on Lincoln Avenue. Registration time is 4:30 to 5:45 p.m., and registrations will not be accepted after 5:45 p.m.
To be eligible for prizes, you must be registered and with your group during judging.
This year, first and second prizes will be awarded for floats. The judging area is located near the gazebo at Epworth Manor.
Line-up for the parade begins at 5:15 p.m. on Lincoln Avenue.
Cider and donuts will be served, and prizes will be awarded at the Tyrone Armory after the parade.
In case of uncooperative weather, a rain date is scheduled for Tuesday, October 23 at 6 p.m.
