Garage break-in
Elwood Reese Jr. of Warriors Mark reported to state police that his garage along Pennington Road had been broken into during the time frame of November 11-13. Someone had pried open the door, damaging the door and door frame. Nothing appeared to have been taken. Anyone with information is asked to contact PSP Huntingdon at 627-3161.

Collision
On November 12, state police reported an accident along Grazierville Road, Antis Township. Zachery Loy Kurtz, 23, Warriors Mark was traveling in his vehicle north on Grazierville Road when he lost control. The vehicle traveled up an embankment, impacted a tree and rolled over onto its roof. Kurtz was wearing his seat belt and had no injuries. A passenger, John Mitchell Smith, 21, Tyrone, also was wearing his seat belt and was not injured.

Theft of gas
State police reported on November 14, an unknown actor pumped approximately $25 worth of gasoline in his vehicle at the Warriors Mark Uni Mart on Pennington Road. The actor left the scene traveling north on SR 350 without paying for the gas. The actor was described as a white male, late teens to early twenties, approximately 5’9” tall. He was wearing a hat that was backwards and was black, white and gray in color. He was also wearing a heavier jacket that was also black and gray. He was driving a silver Nissan Altima. Anyone with information is asked to contact PSP Huntingdon at 627-3161.

Assault/Harassment
On November 15, state police were called to the Townhouse Apartment on Parkway Drive, Antis Township. Angelina Kay Reed, 27, Altoona alleged that her husband, Michael David Reed Jr., 26, Altoona arrived home in an intoxicated condition and assaulted her. She displayed recent physical injuries corroborative of her allegations. The victim sought treatment at the Altoona Regional Health System Trauma Center following the assault. The accused was located and interviewed at his residence, after which he was taken into custody and arraigned before a Magisterial District Judge.
