Criminal mischief
Between the dates of November 21-25, state police report that unknown actor(s) cut the lock off a cargo trailer owned by Baylor Trucking Inc. from Milan, Illinois. The trailer was parked in the parking lot beside the Snyder Township Municipal Building. Nothing was taken from the trailer.

Rear ended
State police reported a two vehicle accident on November 24 along SR 4027 in Snyder Township. Floyd Daniel Breon, 67, Tyrone was driving his 1993 Ford Ranger when he rear ended a 2004 Chevrolet Silverado driven by Brian L. Swayne, 43, Tyrone. Breon will be cited for following too closely and for not wearing his seat belt. Swayne was belted and had no injuries. Breon, unbelted, suffered a minor head injury.

Hit and run
On November 24, state police reported an unknown vehicle struck a 1995 Mazda Protégé, owned by Darryl and Jody Aungst of Tyrone, along Clay Avenue at the entrance to the Tyrone Hospital road in Snyder Township. Parts of the striking vehicle and paint transfer left on the hit vehicle indicate the striking vehicle was a red Dodge pick-up truck, which will have right front damage. Investigation continues. If anyone has information regarding this incident, contact state police at 696-6100.

Collision
State police reported a two car collision on November 25, along SR 4019 in Antis Township. A 1998 Buick Century driven by Margaret H. Haring, 74, Bellwood was following a vehicle driven by Susan Renee Fetterman, 30, Altoona, both traveling north on SR 4019. Fetterman slowed down to make a right turn when Haring impacted Fetterman’s vehicle from behind. Haring suffered minor injury and was wearing a seat belt. Fetterman had no injury and was wearing her seat belt. An infant passenger in Fetterman’s vehicle was in a child safety seat and was not injured.

Crash
On November 26, state police reported a one vehicle accident along SR 1015 in Snyder Township. Jody J. Weimer, 35, Tyrone failed to negotiate a right hand curve in the roadway while traveling north along SR 1015. Weimer’s vehicle left the roadway along the southbound berm and struck a small tree. Weimer was wearing her seat belt and suffered minor injuries. A 15-year-old known male juvenile and a 13-year-old known female juvenile were passengers in the vehicle. Both were wearing seat belts and suffered minor injuries.
