Stole prescription medicine
State police reported on December 5 that a 26-year-old known white female from Tyrone unlawfully entered a residence along Decker Hollow Road and removed prescription medication.

Theft from vehicle
Over the night of December 7, Earl A. Dodson, 23, Tyrone reported to state police that unknown actor(s) smashed the driver’s side window out of his 1997 Hyundai Accent and removed the following items: two 12 inch Kenwood Subwoofers in a Q-Logic band-pass box, one 600 watt Jensen amplifier (blue in color), one 250 watt Jensen amplifier (silver and black in color) and one Visionik crossover (black in color). The incident occurred along North 13th Street, Bellwood, Antis Township.

Crash
On December 8, state police reported a one vehicle crash along Becker Road, Antis Township. A 16-year-old female juvenile was traveling east along Becker Road and for unknown reasons, she lost control of her vehicle and struck a utility pole. After striking the utility pole, the vehicle overturned one time and came to rest on all four wheels. The juvenile was wearing her seat belt and suffered minor injuries.

Accident
A two vehicle crash occurred on SR 220, Snyder Township on December 9. Both vehicles were traveling north along old Route 220 when Ronald L. Dell, 67, Altoona traveled into the center turn lane and proceeded to make a right hand turn into the path of Robert J. Steele Jr., 30, Tyrone. Dell’s vehicle was struck in the right rear. Both drivers were wearing seat belts and were not injured.

Lost control
State police reported on December 9 that William Teeters, 19, Tyrone was traveling east on Meadow Lane in Warriors Mark when he lost control of the vehicle and struck a parked car along the side of the road. The struck car is owned by Mindy Carson of Warriors Mark. Teeters was wearing a seat belt and was not injured and a passenger, Alyssa Burket, 17, Warriors Mark, was also belted and not injured.

Missed deer, hit a tree
On December 12, state police reported Renee M. Riggin, 41, Tyrone was cited for driving too fast for conditions. Riggin was traveling north on SR 1015 (Golf Course Road) in Tyrone Township and swerved to miss a deer, but instead hit a tree. Riggin was not wearing a seat belt and was not injured. A passenger, Thomas N. Riggin III, 19, Tyrone was not wearing a seat belt and also was not injured.

Domestic argument turned bad
Joni Shawley of Bellwood told state police on December 12 that during a domestic argument, Robert Shawley of Bellwood punched her in the face, causing injury. The incident occurred in the Village of Reightown, Antis Township. Robert Shawley was taken into custody and arraigned on the charges.

Surprise visit
On December 12, state police reported an unknown male actor entered the residence of Jennifer Paula Rinker, 48, Altoona in Tyrone Township when she was not home. Actor left the residence when he saw a friend of Rinker seated in the living room. The actor was a white male, no other description was available. Any information, please contact PSP Hollidaysburg.

Two vehicle crash
State police reported a two vehicle accident on December 12 along SR 220, just north of the 322 intersection in Port Matilda. Michael Glunt, 21, Tyrone was following a vehicle driven by Diane Williams, 54, Altoona northbound on SR 220. Glunt failed to observe the traffic had stopped just north of the 220-322 intersection. Glunt struck William’s vehicle in the rear with the front of his vehicle. Both drivers were wearing seat belts and were not injured.
