Criminal Mischief
On Thursday, July 10, state police reported an incident that occurred along Oak Avenue and Clites Street in Tyrone, Snyder Township. Robert Edward Winrick, 44, Johnstown, was charged with criminal mischief after he ran across the hood of an undercover Pennsylvania State Police patrol vehicle. Damage was set at $321.

Identity Theft
William Wunder, 114 Meade Street, Tyrone, told state police that it had come to his attention that someone had been using his bank account number to make purchases online. The incidents occurred between the dates of July 15 to 29. Investigation continues.

Broken Windows
State police reported on August 2 that Bellwood resident, Benjamin Kay Grove, 21, broke windows at the Napa Auto Store and Anders Garage while walking along SR 4027, Grazierville area, in Snyder Township. Charges of Criminal Mischief were filed at the office of Magisterial District Judge Fred B. Miller.
