Arlene Wilson Carson, age 82, of Mechanicsburg and formerly of Warriors Mark, passed away Wednesday, February 20, 2008 at the Claremont Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Carlisle.
Born April 4, 1925 in Warriors Mark, she was the daughter of the late Thomas G. Wilson Sr. and Maude (Fisher) Wilson.
Arlene was a former employee of the Upper Dauphin National Bank (Susquehanna Bank), Millersburg. She was a member of New Love in Christ Church and had spent many years serving as a Sunday school teacher and a member of the United Methodist Women in many UM Churches in the Central and East PA Conference.
She is survived by her brothers and their wives: Thomas and Eleanor Wilson, Warriors Mark and J. Lynn and Virginia Wilson, Orlando, FL; her son Kimber and wife Mary Carson, Mechanicsburg; three grandchildren: Lori Shaffer, Jenny Jamerson and David Garvey and five great-grandchildren: Hannah, Kara, Ethan , Nicholas and Zachary.
Her life will be celebrated on Monday, February 25 at 11 a.m. at the Bruce E. Cox Funeral Home in Warriors Mark. Family and friends are welcome to visit beginning at 10 a.m. Interment in Friends Cemetery.
