The recent addition of the Park and Ride lot outside of Tyrone has been getting some good use due to the ever rising price of gasoline. Commuters who work outside of Tyrone are taking advantage of car pooling with other area workers to help keep some money in their pockets for every day living expenses, which are also rising. Stock futures pared their losses this morning as oil prices pulled back for a second straight day on concerns that a slowing economy will dampen demand. Light, sweet crude fell $2.22 to $136.52 in premarket electronic trading on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Weekly government figures on domestic inventories are due during the session.
