On June 9-11 the Tyrone Area FFA attended the PA FFA State Summer Convention held at Penn State University. Each day students attended Convention Sessions and participated in State Competitions called Career Development Events (CDE’s). Tyrone members placing in Ag Mechanics were Andrew Clark – 1st, Luke Christine – 3rd, Mike DelBaggio – 4th and Jamie Thompson – 21st. Placing in the poultry category were Denis Thompson – 30th, Kristen Moore – 37th, Sam Walls – 38th and Mark McMonagle – 41st.
