As the area continues to show signs of expansion in housing needs, work continues at Majestic Acres in Warriors Mark. Waterlines and utility conduits are currently being installed, with road paving expected this month. Majestic Acres will become home to twelve families with lots ranging from one and a half to two acres. Construction has already begun on a new ranch house and two more will be started by mid-summer. Developer/Builder Bruce Cox has been building homes and remodeling in the area for 28 years. His first development, Edgewood, was started in 1995 and is fully developed. Tumblehill was started in late 2004 and Majestic Acres is now in the early stages with another development planned for the future. With more and more couples driving opposite directions to work in State College, Altoona and Huntingdon, a lot of buyers are looking for a centrally located area and enjoy the rural setting Warriors Mark has to offer. Inquiries are made daily. Lots very in size, price and views. Cox is now offering lots in both Majestic Acres and Tumblehill to potential buyers.
