Police report a case of assault and harassment which occurred on Jan. 18 at a residence along State Route 1013 in the Sinking Valley area of Tyrone Township.
A woman reported she was pushed to the ground by a man. Police say the woman knew her assailant but the trooper filing the report did not identify him. There is also no word if charges were filed in the case.

A snow blower was found last week along the railroad tracks near the water treatment facility along State Route 4018 in Antis Township.
Police describe the blower as a Montgomery Ward brand and indicated it was found about 4 p.m. on Jan. 22. Hollidaysburg State Police are asking any person with information which could identify them as the owner of the equipment should contact the barracks.

A two vehicle accident occurred Friday afternoon just after 3 p.m. at the intersection of State Route 4022 and State Route 4019 in Antis Township.
Seventeen-year old Lauren Hunter of Bellwood was operating her automobile and allegedly pulled out from a stop sign into the path of a vehicle driven by 32-year old Tricia Bowers of Tyrone. Bowers did sustain a minor injury in the incident. Hunter and two teenage female passengers, Melissa Hunter of Bellwood and Samantha Putt of Tyrone were not injured.

Police investigated a two vehicle accident at the intersection of State Route 1001 at the Intersection of T-506 in Antis Township on Friday evening shortly after seven.
Thirty Seven-year old Brian Price of Duncansvile was operating a tractor trailer and attempted to pull out onto State Route 1001 to make a left turn. A vehicle operated by 22-year old Randy Osterhout, Jr. of Tyrone was traveling north and approached the location of the tractor trailer. Osterhout’s Ford Explorer was unable to stop in time and struck the trailer.
Neither man was injured. However police report minor trailer damage to the tractor trailer and severe damage to Osterhout’s vehicle.

A Tyrone man suffered minor injuries in a one vehicle accident on Saturday morning just before 11:30 a.m.
Justin Davis, 21, Tyrone lost control on an ice and snow covered State Route 4019 near Beechwood Drive in Antis Township. His compact car struck the west embankment and rolled over onto its side. Davis was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the incident.

State Police report a harassment incident at 1:30 a.m. on Sunday along State Route 4019 ion Antis Township. Diane Rupert of Altoona was driving home and hit in the face by her husband Richard Rupert during an argument.
