Shane Allan Julian, 34, of Tyrone died unexpectedly at his residence Sunday, Feb. 1, 2004 at 2:30 a.m.
He was born Nov. 22, 1969 at Hillsdale, MI. The son of Gary L. Julian of Michigan and Sandra S. (Heller) Paese of Tyrone.
Surviving are his wife, his parents, and three children: Shannon J. Julian, Kerrigan K. Julian and Marlina Julian all of Tyrone.
He is also survived by two brothers and one sister: Chan Louis Julian, Ft. Lauderdale, FL; Marco Galante Paese and Angelina Concetta Paese, both of Tyrone.
Also surviving are grandparents Robert and Ercel Julian of Michigan; maternal grandmother Martha P. Wise, the wife of the late Russell Heller of Florida and his step-grandmother, Concetta Paese of Harrisburg.
He was preceded in death by his step-father, Mario Paese and his step-grandfather, Galante Paese.
He was a 1988 graduate of Tyrone High School, a member of the Tyrone Moose Lodge # 25, and he served in the United States Air Force.
Julian was a member of the St. Matthew Catholic Church, Tyrone and was employed by Mario’s Pizza in Tyrone.
A mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, Feb. 5, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. at the St. Matthew Church, Tyrone with the Rev. Fr. Brian Saylor as Celebrant. Interment will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery.
Friends will be received at the Derman Funeral Home, Inc., Tyrone, on Wednesday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and from 7 to 9 p.m. A wake service will be held at 8:30 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
