Mrs. Verna M. Eller, 96, a guest of Epworth Manor, Tyrone, formerly of 315 Boyles Street, Bellwood, died Monday morning, March 8, 2004 at the Manor.
She was born Feb. 13, 1908 in Kimmel Twp., Bedford County, a daughter of the late Burdette and Della (Emeigh) Eicher. She married Samuel W. Eller on Nov. 12, 1926 in Cumberland, MD. He died December 24, 1982.
Mrs. Eller is survived by a sister: Viola Ferguson of Imler; and several nieces and nephews.
She was a member of the Logan’s Valley Baptist Church, Bellwood.
Friends will be received from 10 a.m. until the 11 a.m. time of funeral service, Wednesday, March 10, 2004 at the Jon C. Russin Funeral Home, Bellwood with Pastor John Grove officiating. Interment will be made at Logan Valley Cemetery, Bellwood.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Verna’s memory may be made to the Logan’s Valley Baptist Church, Bellwood, PA 16617.
