A one vehicle accident occurred along SR 4021 (Beltip Road) in Antis Township, July 1.
Hollidaysburg State Police report that Daniel L. Kovac, age 19, of Tyrone, was traveling south on the above roadway. While negotiating a left curve, he traveled off the roadway to the right, due to excess speed and driver overcompensation.
Kovac is being charged with a Pennsylvania vehicle code summary traffic violation.

An incident of public drunkenness occurred at the field adjacent to the PPG Plant in Antis Township, July 4.
Hollidaysburg State Police report that Eric Matthew Brumbaugh, age 21, of New Enterprise was cited for public drunkenness at the above location during the fireworks show after causing a small disturbance.
The citation will be filed at the office of Magisterial District Judge Fred Miller.

A Tyrone man was cited for underage consumption of alcohol at the intersection of SR 1001 and 4023 in the Rossi’s Corner Store area of the Tipton section of Antis Township, July 4.
Hollidaysburg State Police report that Dennis Dittsworth II of Tyrone approached a State Police patrol car and began to start a conversation. During the conversation, an odor of alcohol was detected on him. Dittsworth was asked by troopers if he consumed alcohol and he stated “yea, I had a 40 a little bit ago”. Dittsworth was given a portable breath test and registered alcohol on his breath.
He was arrested for underage consumption.

Hollidaysburg State Police reported property found along Interstate 99, in the median, approximately 1.2 miles north of the Tipton/Grazierville Exit in Snyder Township, July 6.
A Raven Arms .25 caliber handgun # MP-25 Serial # 836263 was found in the area by a work crew from the Houtzdale Prison.

An incident of criminal mischief occurred at 927 North 3rd Street in Antis Township, July 6.
Hollidaysburg State Police report that unknown actor(s) broke a window at the residence of Crystal Lynn McCracken with a rock.

A tractor-trailer fire occurred in the northbound lane of Interstate 99 between the Pinecroft and 17th Street Exits, July 7.
Hollidaysburg State Police report that a tractor-trailer was on fire at the above location. The northbound lane of Interstate 99 was closed and all northbound traffic was temporarily diverted to Old Route 220.

A harassment incident occurred at DelGrosso Amusement Park, July 7.
Hollidaysburg State Police report that a 17 year-old juvenile pushed a park employee in the go cart area. The juvenile was bumping other go carts his friends were driving. When a park employee asked him to stop, the juvenile exited the go cart and pushed the employee.

An incident of underage consumption of alcohol occurred along SR 1013 in Tyrone Township, July 7.
Hollidaysburg State Police report that Ryan C. Calhoun, age 18, of Altoona was arrested for underage consumption of alcohol while sitting in his parked vehicle in front of the Sinking Valley Fire Hall.
