Pennsylvania Business Central, a bi-weekly publication based in State College, has named two area firms among web site developers in a 16-county region in the central part of the state.
Link Computer Corp. of Bellwood was ranked at the top of list in the latest editions of the business publication. The rankings were based on the number of developers at each firm.
Link Computer Corp. has 11 developers, according to the rankings. It has more than 100 people on its staff. The firm was established in 1980 and its president is Tim Link.
In a message from Link on the company web site he stated, “Simply put, our mission is customer loyalty and employee fulfillment. We feel you cannot have one without the other. We know that customer loyalty is a result of a ‘customer-centric’ culture that is fanatical about quality customer service and satisfaction. Even after pleasing customers for 23 years, we cannot stop striving for the ultimate business objective – enduring customer loyalty.”
Link went on to say, “We also cannot stop striving for the highest level of employee satisfaction achievable. The other area firm named to the list was Tyrone’s Open Door Visions located at 5 W. 10th Street. It ranked number five on the list with four web site developers and has about a half-a-dozen employees.
Partners Ray Liddick, Jr. and Rick Gority operate the business which was established in 2000.
The company’s web site states, “Open Door Visions provides local businesses with vision-based graphic design, marketing communications, web site development, and technological solutions.
