Seventeen-year-old Jonathan J. Verbickas of Vail, RD 3 Tyrone has been identified as the ATV operator in a fatal accident on Wednesday.
Verbickas was killed in the accident on Decker Hollow Road.
The accident happened shortly before 9:30 p.m. when Verbickas was traveling west on the road and struck a utility pole. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
