Troop 92 Welcomes two new members. Troop 92 welcomed Kevin Anello and Mike Isola into the Troop. The Crossover ceremony is where current members of the Troop measure a candidates intent, before accepting them as members. Once the questions are answered the new Scout proceeds through a gauntlet where fellow members provide him with advice and some of the equipment he will need.
Unlike other organizations, Scouting runs year round and new members are always welcomed in the same way, whether they come up through the ranks of Cub Scouts or join scouting later on. Troop 92 Bellwood-Antis would like to thank the community for their support of Scouting. Boy Scouts, the Front Line of leadership!
