The following is a list of Tyrone area suspects who were either arrested or had arrest warrants issued for them as a result of a roundup of alleged street level drug dealers.
The culmination of a five-month investigation was announced yesterday by Attorney General Tom Corbett and other law enforcement officials. Some of those arrested are formerly from the Tyrone area or have Tyrone connections. All addresses listed are Tyrone unless otherwise noted.
• Amanda Mills, 8 E. 15th St., four counts each, delivery, possession and criminal conspiracy, heroin;
• Samuel Kirk, #4 Vail Apartments, four counts each, delivery and possession of marijuana;
• James Kirk, #4 Vail Apartments, one count each, delivery and possession of marijuana;
• Aaron Rutherford, Blair County Prison, also listed at RD 5, Box 53, three counts each, delivery and possession of heroin and crack cocaine;
• Shawn Farabaugh, 115 W. 11th St., one count each, delivery, possession and criminal conspiracy, heroin;
• Michael McClellan, 106 E. 14th St. one count each, delivery, possession and criminal conspiracy, heroin;
• Sherri Soellner, 303 W. 21st St., one count each, delivery and possession, Klonopin;
• Jessica Bellows, 1415 Pennsylvania Ave., one count, possession and delivery of heroin;
• Jessica Burkett, 14 E. 15th Street, one count, criminal conspiracy, heroin;
• Heather Wills, 8 E. 15th St., four counts each, delivery, possession and criminal conspiracy, heroin;
• Brian Walk, 104 E. 14th St., one count each, delivery, possession and criminal conspiracy, heroin;
• Alesia Bell, 1052 Logan Ave. Apt. #1, one count each, delivery and possession, marijuana;
• Hillary Shutt, 8 E. 15th St., one count each, delivery and possession, heroin;
• Cristy Mengel, 308 W. 11th St., one count, theft;
• Laura Walk, no street address listed, one count each, delivery and possession, Fentanyl;
• Roy Walk, no street address listed, one count each, delivery and possession, Vicodin and
• Danielle Garland, no street address listed, one count each, delivery and possession, Suboxone.
The Daily Herald was able to identify the following suspects as having formerly lived in the Tyrone area or having Tyrone connections.
• Joshua Flick, 126 Willow Drive, Duncansville, three counts each, delivery and possession, heroin;
• Ezra Brooks, 1001 8th Ave. # 19, Altoona, three counts each, delivery, possession and criminal conspiracy, heroin and
• Lindsey Wills, Blair County Prison, three counts each, delivery and possession, heroin.
Authorities said as many as two juveniles had petitions filed against them as a result of the investigation. No addresses were listed for the juvenile suspects. Approximately 30 other individuals, nearly all from the Altoona area, were in custody or had warrants issued for their arrests. One man from Brooklyn, NY was also arrested on heroin-related charges.
