Val Patterson, 50, of 2 W. 11th St., Tyrone, died Friday, August 5, 2005 at 4:10 p.m. at Tyrone Hospital.
He was born December 30, 1954 in Tyrone, a son of the late Marlin R. and Yvonne I. (Rush) Patterson.
Surviving is a son, Jason A. Tretteen of Colorado; his mother of Tyrone; a sister, Julie Schmoke of Tipton and three brothers: Derry of Alpharetta, Georgia and Daniel and Kim, both of Tyrone.
He was a 1972 graduate of Tyrone Area High School and formerly was employed at Quality Chemical Company, Tyrone. He was a member of the Tyrone Moose and enjoyed hiking, hunting and biking.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements by Feller Memorial Home.
