The Tyrone girls tennis team hosted Bishop Guilfoyle at the Clay Avenue courts on Tuesday in a match that wasa originally scheduled for today.
Bishop Guilfoyle improved their record to 13-2, while the Lady Eagles drop to 0-12.
The Tyrone girls have improved as the season progresses, even though there are no wins to show for it. On Tuesday, the Lady Eagles won a total of eight games, compared with just one when the two schools met during the first cycle. Becky Swann and Brittany Harker in the number one doubles match, and Angel Light and Ashley Hamer in the number two doubles match were both competitive before BG eventually pulled out both wins.
Tyrone will travel to Altoona for a MAC match on Monday at 3:30 p.m.
