A 37-year-old Warriors Mark resident was charged with marijuana and paraphernalia possession after an incident in Smithfield Township, Huntingdon County on Nov. 6.
Sherry Reese was charged after she was allegedly found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana and the paraphernalia in the parking lot at the state correctional institution.

Two Altoona area men were arrested on burglary and other charges after an incident on Asbury Lane in Antis Township on Nov. 16 at 2:30 p.m.
Police said a neighbor noticed 20-year-old Alfred Sisto entered the residence of Patricia Sisto of RR 1, Altoona while 18-year-old Alexander Sisto was waiting in a car along the street after dropping the other Sisto off near the scene. State police converged on the scene and took the driver into custody.
A search was conducted at the victim’s home. Alfred Sisto was located in a furnace room in the basement and was taken into custody. Both men were transported to the state police barracks in Hollidaysburg for processing.
The two men were charged with burglary, criminal conspiracy and attempted theft. State police said the suspects were to be arraigned before District Magisterial Judge Fred Miller.

An ATV operated 20-year-old Tyrone man, Brandon Scott Williams, was involved in an accident with another Tyrone driver on Nov. 17 at 2:10 a.m. on Ridge Road in Warriors Mark Township.
Williams’ ATV hit the side of a Ford Explorer operated by 20-year-old Kesha D. Ellenberger that was traveling south on the road. Police said Williams failed to yield to through traffic as he was exiting a private lane on the western side of Ridge Road.
Williams suffered a serious leg injury. He was transported to Tyrone Hospital for treatment. Police said he would be cited for a vehicle entering or crossing a roadway violation.
Ellenberger was not injured.
Both Williams’ ATV and Ellenberger’s vehicle had minor damage.

State police checked on a stopped vehicle on Interstate 99 near the Tyrone exit on Nov. 20 at 2:48 a.m.
Police said the vehicle was stopped on the highway southbound at the top of the ramp in Snyder Township. When police checked on the two occupants they found the 40-year-old driver was allegedly intoxicated.
Charles C. Williams was arrested for DUI and transported to Bon Secours Hospital for a chemical test of the blood. Police said charges would be filed pending the receipt of the tests.
Williams’ passenger, 20-year-old Serina Kay Bell, RR 3, Tyrone, was allegedly highly intoxicated. Police said Bell started to use obscene language. She was asked to stop it, but continued.
Two non-traffic citations were filed against her before Magisterial Judge Fred Miller for underage drinking and disorderly conduct.
