The Tyrone Boy’s Basketball team will be sponsoring an elementary basketball league for boys and girls elementary students in grades K – 6th grade. The league games will be held on Saturday’s throughout the basketball season at the Tyrone Elementary school gymnasium. The league will cost each participant $25.00 or $40.00 for a family of two. Each player will receive a team shirt and will receive direct instruction on the fundamentals of basketball by the Tyrone varsity coaches, members of the varsity basketball team, and volunteer coaches.
There will be three divisions for the basketball league. This is subject to change based on the number of players signed up for each division.
Please bring the registration form that was sent home with students along a check made out to Tyrone Boy’s Basketball to an instructional / organizational clinic at the Tyrone Elementary School on December 3, 2005.
The clinic times are as follows:
• K-second grade- 9:30 -10:30 a.m.;
• third-fourth grade- 10:45 – 11:45 a.m. and
• fifth-sixth grade- 12:00 noon- 1 p.m.
