A criminal complaint was filed against Thomas Hammond of Tyrone for allegedly violating laws in Tyrone on December 23, 2005.
Hammond was accused of one count each of: indecent assault without consent of the other person, indecent assault on someone under the age of 16 and harassment/stalking.
A hearing has been scheduled for February 21 at District Justice Fred Miller’s office.

Huntingdon-based State Police are investigating a hit-and-run crash that happened sometime between 1 a.m. and 7 a.m. on Feb. 14 in Warriors Mark Township.
Police said for unknown reasons a vehicle traveling south on State Route 350 swerved off the road and knocked over several mailboxes along the shoulder of the road.
The vehicle traveled approximately 100 feet along the grass on the side of the road.
The vehicle then fled the scene in an unknown direction of travel. Police said the vehicle is believed to be blue in color with damage most likely on the driver’s side.
