Mrs. Coralie P. Gault, 69, of RD3 Box 468A, Altoona, died at 1:25 p.m. Wednesday, February 22, 2006 at the Altoona Regional Health System Bon Secours Campus.
She was born April 21, 1936 in Altoona the daughter of Joseph H. and Lela G. (Lewis) Patterson.
She was married April 22, 1955 in Tyrone to S. Grant Gault.
She is survived by her husband, a daughter Noreen Elizabeth Gault of RD3 Altoona and a son Joseph S. Gault and his wife Patricia of Tyrone; three step-grandchildren: Brian Detwiler of Sinking Valley, Ron Detwiler and Adam Detwiler of Tyrone.
She was a graduate of Tyrone Area High School in 1954 and was Worthy Matron of the Tyrone Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star No. 288 in 1976-77.
She had been employed in the offices of the Tyrone Water Dept. and Westvaco Corp. and retired as payroll clerk in 1981 from Big Yank Corp.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 25, 2006 at 11 a.m. at the Derman Funeral Home, Inc., Tyrone, with Rev. Norman E. Huff officiating. Interment will be at Bald Eagle Cemetery.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Friday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. The casket will be closed by request of the deceased.
