Altoona shut out the Tyrone girls tennis team 7-0 on the Clay Avenue courts on Tuesday in a Mountain Athletic Conference match.
Caitlin Dillon at the number four singles spot and Elena Myers at the number five singles position were the only Lady Eagles to win a game against the Lady Mountain Lions, who are a prefect 10-0 this season.
Amy Lewis and Laura Thompson won a pair of games in the number one doubles match.
The Tyrone tennis team is in action Monday, Oct. 9, at home against the Huntingdon girls, beginning at 3 p.m.
