A two vehicle accident occurred along SR 350, north of the Bald Eagle intersection in Snyder Township, April 16.
Kim Hagins, age 59, of Johnstown was traveling south on SR 350. Chandra Shumac, age 42, of Sandy Ridge was traveling north on SR 350. A wheel assembly detached, and separated from the semi trailer that Hagins was pulling. One tire struck Shumac, causing impact and damage to the left front of her vehicle. The other tire traveled approximately 400 feet south along SR 350, and then struck a vinyl fence assembly. After striking the fence, the tire continued through the homeowner’s yard, then struck his residence.
The crash remains under investigation.

At Green Tree Village in Snyder Township, a harassment incident occurred April 20.
PA State Police reported that a 15-year-old white male from Orbisonia, PA was charged with harassment after striking the victim, a 15-year-old white male from Lock Haven, PA, in the head and face area.

An incident of criminal mischief and propulsion of missiles occurred along SR 220 and SR 350 in Snyder Township April 21.
The victim, a 35-year-old female from Altoona, was traveling north along R 220, in the area of SR 350. As the vehicle was traveling , an unknown object, possibly a be-be of shotshell pellet struck the victim’s windshield, causing damage. The victim was uninjured in the incident. However, the investigation continues. Anyone with information regarding this incident, or similar incidents is asked to contact the PA State Police.
Total damage estimated at approximately $200.

A Warriors Mark woman was the victim of access device fraud on three different occasions.
On the dates of April 2, April 13, and April 16, unknown actor(s) accessed Christina Fisher’s debit card account and made three purchases at locations in Patton Township, Centre County.
This investigation is currently under investigation.

A harassment incident occurred along SR 1013 in Tyrone Township April 26.
Jeffrey Clinich, age 33, of Altoona, reported that an unknown actor(s) is making harassing phone calls to his residence. The investigation continues.

A burglary incident occurred at some point between April 23 and 24 at Superior Lumber in Snyder Township.
PA State Police report that an actor(s) entered the building and removed items. Anyone with information is requested to contact State Police in Hollidaysburg.

Incidents involving aggravated assault, criminal trespass, resisting arrest, criminal mischief, simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment occurred in Spruce Creek Township, April 27.
PA State Police report that on the above date, Andrew Rogowski, age 33, of Spruce Creek damaged vehicles owned by William Tzilowski of Spruce Creek and Adam Steele of Spruce Creek. He also entered a residence owned by Donald Beaver of Bellwood. During the arrest, Rogowski assaulted two members of the PA State Police. He was taken into custody and arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Mary Jamison.
