An incident involving a teenage runaway occurred May 17 at Greentree Village in Snyder Township.
PA State Police report that a 16-year-old African American male juvenile walked away from this facility May 17. He was last observed at Snappy’s convenience store at the Bald Eagle intersection.
He is described as 5’11’’ tall, 145 pounds, medium build, brown eyes, black hair, wearing a black and white bandana, green hoodie, blue jeans, and a red Philadelphia 76ers No. 3 Iverson jersey.

A criminal mischief incident occurred in the parking lot of the PPG plant in Tipton, Antis Township in the overnight hours between May 17 and 18.
PA State Police report that unknown actor(s) smashed the passenger side window out of Wesley Henninger’s Ford F-150 truck while it was parked at the plant. Video tapes of the security system are being reviewed to identify the actor.

A harassment incident occurred at Smith Acres in Antis Township, May 17.
PA State Police report that Adam Gardner, age 32, of Tyrone harassed Andora Gardner, age 31, of Tyrone during a domestic argument.

An aggravated assault incident occurred at Greentree Village in Snyder Township, May 18.
PA State Police report that a 16-year-old male juvenile was a court committed resident at the facility. On the date listed, he assaulted two teachers and a custodial worker. He was charged with two counts aggravated assault, three counts of simple assault, three counts of harassment, one count of terroristic threats, and disorderly conduct.
He was placed in the 10th Street detention center in Altoona to await his hearing.

An incident of retail theft occurred at Rossi’s Corner Store in Antis Township, May 18.
PA State Police report that the suspect, a white male in his 30s wearing a black T-shirt, dark pants, dark sneakers, with dark hair, pumped $10 worth of gasoline and left the scene without paying for it. He was driving a Chevrolet Blazer or GMC Jimmy pulling a trailer with either scrap metal or lawncare equipment.
The suspect did enter the store for another matter.

The investigation continues.

A two vehicle accident occurred along Main Street in Bellwood Borough, May 19.
PA State Police report that Pamela Meredith, age 47, of Tipton struck the rear of a 1989 Pontiac sedan that was legally parked along Main Street. Both vehicles sustained severe damage.

A one vehicle accident occurred along Bel-Tip Road and Stetter Road in Antis Township, May 20.
PA State Police report that Jamie Focht of RD 5 Tyrone, was traveling north on Bel-Tip Road. As she crested a hill in the road she observed a horse trailer partially blocking the road. She applied her brakes but lost control.
She went into a ditch hitting a pipe and flipping over and coming to rest upright. She was taken to Altoona Hospital for treatment.
