Stole change
Between the dates of October 22-29, state police reported unknown actors removed change from a vending machine located at the Port Matilda Volunteer Fire Company parking lot in Centre County. Persons with information are asked to call 342-3370.

One vehicle crash
State police reported an accident on October 29 along SR 4027, Snyder Township where Richard L. Cochran, 27, Chester, PA was traveling south on SR 4027 in a 2007 Volvo tractor-trailer. Cochran failed to negotiate a right hand curve in the roadway which caused the trailer to strike a concrete bridge barrier. Cochran was wearing his seat belt and was not injured.

Roving DUI patrol
Over the night of October 31, State Police in Hollidaysburg conducted a five hour roving DUI patrol in Blair County. There were 30 vehicles stopped, three DUI arrests, one underage drinking, six other summary traffic arrests, 10 written warnings issued and one assault.

Burglary
On November 5, state police reported a burglary at Maple Mountain Equipment/Surplus Supply, located along SR 1001 in Antis Township. Unknown actor(s) forced their way into the business via a garage door. Once within the site, the actor(s) ransacked it looking for money. The actor(s) stole approximately $50. from the site. Investigation continues.

Traffic collision
State police reported on November 5 an accident at the intersection of SR 220 and SR 350, Snyder Township. Izet Mehmedovic, 31, was traveling south on SR 220 and making a left turn at the intersection in his 2006 Volvo tractor-trailer to continue traveling south on SR 220. Abegale Gibb, 26, was traveling north on SR 220 and was making a right at the intersection to continue traveling north on SR 220. Mehmedovic, while turning left, traveled into the north bound lane and struck Gibb’s Saturn Ion vehicle. Both drivers were wearing seat belts. Mehmedovic suffered minor injuries, and Gibb suffered moderate injuries.
