The Allegheny Chorale begins the holiday season with two local concerts. “Christmas Tidings” will be performed on Tuesday, December 4 at the Tipton Baptist Church and on Tuesday, December 11 at the First Presbyterian Church in Tyrone. Both concerts begin at 7 p.m. The Chorale is under the direction of Mrs. Debbie Estright and assisted by Mrs. Karen Mayhew. Accompanying the Chorale on piano is Mrs. Anna Myers assisted by Ms. Susan Daly. This concert will also feature several instrumentalists; Erin Shumac, on cello; Matt Lehner, on trumpet; and bell ringers, Susan Daly, Nancy Robinson, Lauretta Dane, Sherry Harrison, Angela Coleman, Mary Jane Bickel led by Karen Mayhew.
