Aggravated assault
On November 21, state police reported that Ronald Beasom and Charles Kuny, both of Altoona, arrived at the residence of Jason Fornari of Tyrone and beat Fornari with a crowbar then fled the residence. Fornari suffered injuries to his arm and leg. Investigation is still pending.

Theft
Somewhere between the dates of October 1 through December 20, Andrew Starzeski of Tyrone told state police that over the past few months several items have been discovered missing from his residence in Grazierville. Those items included his wallet, a quarter collection and some cat litter.

Stolen ATV
State police reported on December 20 that unknown actor(s) arrived at the residence of Cristy Shawley of Rossman Road in Tyrone and removed a 1987 Yamaha Warrior ATV 350 cc from the barn of her property. The actor(s) pushed the ATV down the driveway and fled in an unknown direction. Anybody with information is to call PSP Hollidaysburg.

Simple assault
On December 20, Sandy Walters of Tyrone told state police that she was assaulted during a domestic argument by someone known to her at her residence along McFarland Road, Fouss Mills, Antis Township. She was taken to Tyrone Hospital for her injuries. Charges are pending.

Public drunkenness
Kevin Joseph Belardi, 34, Williamsburg was located at the Bellwood Sheetz store on December 21 and was manifestly under the influence of alcohol and causing a disturbance, according to police. Belardi was cited for public drunkenness.
