What a prize!
Matt Miller, manager of the Best Buy in State College, recently donated this 22-inch Insignia flat-screen HDTV as a prize for the upcoming Community Labor Day picnic. Picnic chairperson Rose Black said the TV will be used as an attendance drawing prize, so everybody at the picnic will have a chance to win. Matt will be there around 4 p.m. to draw the winning ticket. The picnic is scheduled to be held Monday, September 1, starting at 9 a.m. at Reservoir Park. (The Daily Herald/Christina Pryor)
