Ella Mae McNeal, 93, of Tyrone and a resident of Epworth Manor since November 2000 died Sunday, February 10, 2008 at 3:30 a.m. at the Manor.
She was born October 29, 1914 in Woodland, a daughter of Samuel L. and Emma Louise (Learish) Livingstone. She was twice married first to Bezaleel Ross on December 23, 1934. He died October 15, 1954. She then married Harry R. McNeal on February 14, 1969 who preceded her in death on November 8, 1988.
Surviving are a step-son John McNeal of Tyrone, a step-daughter Rita Weakland of Tyrone, a granddaughter Kristen McNeal, a great-granddaughter Cara McNeal, a sister Ruth Livingstone of Clearfield and a sister-in-law Dorothy McNeal of Tyrone. She was preceded in death by 6 sisters and 4 brothers.
Mrs. McNeal was a member of Christ United Methodist Church, Tyrone. She was previously employed at the Hub Restaurant, Tyrone and the Tyrone IGA.
She enjoyed her cat Fluffy.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, February 13, 2008 at 11 a.m. at Feller Memorial Home with Rev. Barry Neal officiating. Interment will follow at Port Matilda Presbyterian Cemetery. Friends will be received at the funeral home on Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m.
