Indecent Assault
State police reported that between the dates of June 22 – 28 an act of indecent assault occurred within the Grazierville area.
The victim, a 15-year-old female juvenile, alleged that a family member had touched her inappropriately. Investigation continues.

Rape
On July 20, the state police and the Blair County Children & Youth Services reported that they are currently conducting an investigation into an alleged rape.
The victim was a 10-year-old female from Tyrone, and the suspect is a 30-year-old male from Tyrone.
There is no other information to release at this time and the investigation is on going.

Access Device Fraud
Between the dates of July 14 – 21, state police reported that an unknown suspect made seven unauthorized charges on a M&T bank card belonging to Alisha L. Hamer, 19, Tyrone.
The charges were made in Antis Township and totaled $312.70. Investigation to continue.
