Stole gas
On June 4, state police reported that Misty Lynn Brower, 34, Tyrone, failed to pay for gas at Rossi’s Corner Store in Tipton.
Charges were filed.

Public Drunkenness
State police reported on June 22 that Anthony Roy Weaver, 21, Altoona, appeared in public manifestly under the influence of alcohol.
The incident occurred at Jean-O’s Pizza in Grazierville.
Charges were filed at District Magistrate Fred B. Miller’s office.

Harassment
On June 22, state police stated that Penny Lee Young, 44, Bellwood, engaged in an argument with Paul David Zindel, 29, Bellwood, and grabbed him by the throat.
The incident occurred on North 9th Street in Bellwood.
Charges were filed at District Magistrate Fred B. Miller’s office.

Copper theft
State police reported on June 24 that unknown suspect(s) removed two copper steam, high pressure valves that were sitting in the back yard of a residence owned by Thomas L. Gates, 68, Tyrone, located along South 2nd Street in Snyder Township.
The suspect(s) got into Gates’ yard by breaking a chain to a gate for a fence around his yard.
