TCP announces auditions for The Kitchen Witches

The Tyrone Community Players recently announced auditions for “The Kitchen Witches”.
Auditions are scheduled for Sunday and Monday, February 3 and 4 at 7 p.m. each night.
Director Ed Kuhstos will hold the auditions at The TCP Building, 1019 Logan Avenue, Tyrone.
According to a press release from TCP, this comedy features the antics of Isobel Lomax and Dolly Biddle. They are two “mature” cable-access cooking show hostesses who have hated each other for 30 years, ever since Stephen Biddle dated one and married the other.
The TV station manager feels the combination of Dolly and Isobel would make for great television and pairs them up on a show called “The Kitchen Witches”. The insults are flung harder than the food! Dolly’s long-suffering TV-producer son Stephen tries to keep them on track, but as long as Dolly’s dressing room is one inch closer to the set than Isobel’s, it’s a losing battle.
You guessed it, the show becomes a rating smash as Dolly and Isobel top both Martha Stewart and Jerry Springer!
According to folklore, “Kitchen Witches” bring good luck and make the kitchen a warm, cozy, and comfortable place filled with laughter.
That’s certainly true for the full-length comedy, “The Kitchen Witches”.
Your pots will boil over with laughter, your cakes will rise with giggles, and you’ll have a snickeringly delightful evening!
