Text message harassment
On November 22, Gerald Parker of Tyrone reported to state police that he received a text message on his cell phone that was sexually explicit. The incident occurred at his residence along Ingram Road, Snyder Township. Investigation is still continuing.

On posted ground
Terry Lynn Taylor, 54, Port Matilda reported to state police on December 4 that he observed Terry Lee Mallory, 41, Tyrone on his posted ground on Bell Hollow Road, Taylor Township during buck season. After investigation, Mallory is being cited with a summary trespass violation. Charges will be filed in District Justice Allen Sinclair’s court.

Generator stolen
State police reported over the night of December 14 that an actor(s) stole a black Briggs and Stratton, Power Boss, 5500 watt generator along Lower Skelp Road off of SR 1001, Antis Township. The generator belonged to Thomas Edward Decker Sr. of Tyrone. It is valued at $753.

On December 16, state police reported Faye Price, 56, Tyrone was traveling south on SR 220 in the vicinity of Reese’s Market, Bald Eagle on the snow and ice covered roadway and lost control in the slush and spun out. Price crossed into the opposing lane and Ann Kerr, 29, Tyrone struck Price’s vehicle broadside. Both drivers were not wearing seat belts and suffered minor injuries. Both drivers just happened to be next door neighbors also.
