Birmingham Presbyterian Church featured at Tyrone History Museum

There’s still time to visit the latest church display at the Tyrone History Museum.
The most recent featured church is Birmingham Presbyterian Church.
Known as the “Little Brick Church on the Hill” Birmingham Presbyterian Church is located on Rt. 453.
The Pastor is Paul Bottenfield. Sunday morning worship services are held each week at 10:30 a.m. Everyone is welcome to attend.
Artifacts on display at the museum include photographs and articles, along with a history of the church.
There is also a list of charter members and a Centennial Celebration booklet.
A scrapbook of church activities, put together by Deb Hoover, is also featured.
Those who helped contribute to the display are Mary Lou Keith, Sarah Jane Parks, Deb and Bill Hoover, Sam and Susy Winters and Paul and Sue Bottenfield.
Currently the church members are planning the annual candlelight service which is scheduled for Sunday, December 16 at 7 p.m.
The history museum will be open to the public on Sunday, December 9; Wednesday, December 12 and Sunday, December 16 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
