A harassment incident occurred in the Grazierville area of Snyder Township, July 14.
Hollidaysburg State Police report that Amanda Yeager received several unwanted phone calls from someone known to her.

An incident of criminal mischief occurred in the Northwood area of Snyder Township, July 14.
Hollidaysburg State Police report that actor(s) jumped up and down on the roof and hood of Chris McClellan’s car. There was a witness to the event and charges are pending.

An incident of statutory rape occurred in the Grazierville area of Snyder Township, between the dates of June 27 and July 19.
Hollidaysburg State Police report that a 15-year-old juvenile female victim was involved in a sexual relationship with a 24-year-old male, a person known to her.
The investigation continues.

A one vehicle accident occurred along SR 4031, near the Vail area of Snyder Township, July 20.
Hollidaysburg State Police report that Ronald Frank Jr., age 26, of Tyrone was traveling north on the Back road to Vail from Tyrone Borough. He was traveling too fast, lost control of his vehicle, skidded off the road and struck an embankment on the west side of the roadway.
Frank was treated at Tyrone Hospital for minor injuries. He submitted to a blood test to determine his blood alcohol content.
Donald Brower, age 22, of Tyrone, a passenger in the vehicle, was ejected from the vehicle. He was transported to Altoona Regional Health System where he remains in critical condition with a head injury.
Jeremy Decker, age 22, of Tyrone, another passenger in the vehicle, suffered minor injuries and was treated at the scene by ambulance personnel.
The crash was believed to be alcohol related. None of the occupants were wearing seatbelts.

A one vehicle accident occurred along SR 350 in Warriors Mark Township, July 20.
Huntingdon State Police report that Adrian C. Davis, age 35, of Pittsburgh was traveling south on the above roadway. He lost control as he was negotiating a left hand curve. He struck an embankment, causing his vehicle to roll over onto its roof. The vehicle came to final rest facing north in the southbound lane.
Davis will be cited for driving vehicle at safe speeds.

A D.U.I. incident occurred along SR 865 in Antis Township, July 22.
Hollidaysburg State Police report that Matthew Sneath, age 21, of Altoona was stopped for traffic violations and subsequently arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.

A one vehicle accident striking a pedestrian occurred along Bellmeade Drive in Antis Township, July 23.
Hollidaysburg State Police report that a 16-year-old male juvenile was traveling south on the above roadway when he struck a pedestrian who was on the roadway. The pedestrian was also a 16-year-old male juvenile.
The 16-year-old driver did not have a license and only possessed a learner’s permit. The operator also was not authorized to be driving the vehicle. Traffic and criminal charges will be filed with the Blair County Probation Office.
The pedestrian was transported to the Altoona Regional Health System where he was treated for his injuries.
