The arts come alive in Tyrone

The arts are alive in Tyrone, which provides everyone with the opportunity to meet many artists and view their displayed artwork in the upcoming “Evening With the Arts” event scheduled for tomorrow evening.
Two years ago Fran Brunhuber, Tyrone Area Chamber of Commerce board member and M & T Bank Tyrone Branch, President, came up with the idea to offer the area an event that focused around art and talent. He contacted local artists, chefs and business people and put together a progressive evening concept which soon became a hit!
Tomorrow will be the fifth time this event has been offered. Accommodations seat 40 comfortably, and the evening is very relaxing as participants can travel around at their leisure.
The evening begins at Tyrone Colonial Courtyard where there will be several displays, entertainment and a perfect arrangement of appetizers to start.
When finished at Colonial Courtyard, participants will travel down to Burley\’s Restaurant for a full course meal and more displays, and then to top off the night, walk over to Wendy\’s Joybeans & Bakery for dessert and coffee or tea.
All this is available for only $35 per person inclusive (except for alcoholic beverages). Tickets are still available either at the Tyrone Area Chamber of Commerce office, Burley\’s or Wendy\’s Joybeans & Bakery.
The next “Evening With the Arts” event is scheduled for September, so don’t miss this chance to see the arts come alive in Tyrone!
