TACO Fish Rodeo a big success

Three-year-old Hannah McGuire reeled in the largest catch in TACO\’s Annual Fish Rodeo for kids held Saturday morning at Reservoir Park. Hannah was awarded a large trophy for her prize catch, which was a 17-inch rainbow trout.
Following the Fish Rodeo during the chilly morning, members of TACO awarded trophies to a number of young fishermen lucky enough to get a catch.
Winners include: First fish of the day, Bobby Rhoades. Largest fish of the day, Hannah McGuire. Girls one to four-years-old: total inches, Olivia Vincent. Boys one to four: largest fish, Jacob Hawn and total inches, David McMurtrie. Girls five to eight: largest fish, Kristen Johnston and total inches, McKayliee Robinson. Boys five to eight: largest fish, Dawlton Nelson and total inches, Damian Bumberger.
Also, Girls nine to 12: largest fish, Jamie Brower and total inches, Mia McNeal. Boys nine to 12: largest fish, George Hatch and total inches, Tristan Lingafelt. Girls 13 to 15: largest fish, Morgan Decker and total inches, Katelin McAndrew. Boys 13 to 15: largest fish, George Kaup, Jr. and total inches, Richard Crabtree.
TACO members also served hot dogs and treats to the hungry fishermen throughout the morning.
