Man accused of throwing game at child and hitting woman in Antis Township

A 39-year-old Bellwood man was accused of simple assault and harassment as a result of an alleged incident at his home in Antis Township on Wednesday morning.
State police said Shane Clapper was arrested after a domestic incident at 801 N. 9th Street. Police allege Clapper threw a Playstation at a six-year-old boy and then grabbed and hit a 37-year-old woman.
He was taken into custody and arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Fred Miller in Tyrone. He was released on recognizance with bail set at $10,000 and a condition that stipulated he have no contact with the victim(s).
About an hour later, he returned to the house and allegedly started throwing things around. He fled and was found at the Minuet Manor Motel on old Route 220. He was taken into custody and went before Judge Miller again. His bail was revoked and he was placed in Blair County Prison to await a preliminary hearing.
