Upcoming Tyrone Area Chamber of Commerce events

The Tyrone Area Chamber of Commerce is always working to provide the community with interesting and informative programs.
Its monthly Chamber breakfast is scheduled to be held at Joe’s Place beginning at 7:30 a.m. on Thursday.
The speaker will be Russ Walk, owner of Walk’s Whitetails – Quest Haven Lodge, Tyrone.
His topic will be “Trophy whitetail hunting at its best. At Quest Haven, harvesting the whitetail buck of your dreams becomes a reality, right in our own backyard.”
The breakfast is open to the public. However, reservations are appreciated. Tickets are $5 in advance or at the door.
Also, the monthly Business After Hours event will be held at James P. Kimmel Insurance Agency, located in Grazierville, Old Business Route 220, across from the Dollar General on July 20 from 5:15 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Don’t forget to bring a business card to enter the door prize drawings which will be held at approximately 6 p.m.
Business After Hours offers great networking opportunities. Participants are able to meet with friends and business associates for an enjoyable evening.
Individuals must make reservations in advance for Business After Hours. The cost is $5 per person. Send payment to the Tyrone Area Chamber of Commerce office.
Other upcoming events include: September 14, An Evening With the Arts; September 21, Chamber Golf Tournament and October 19, Business Expo and Career Fair.
