B-A girls spike Hollidaysburg

The Bellwood-Antis girls volleyball teams continued to swat away everything in their paths Thursday night with victories by both the Lady Blue over Hollidaysburg at Bellwood.
The Lady Blue Devils (6-0) defeated Hollidaysburg in three straight games, 25-8, 25-7, 25-8 and just never allowed the Lady Tigers to get any momentum built up.
Chelsea Wilson led the Bellwood-Antis spikers with 14 service points, nine kills and one block. Lauren Carter had 13 kills, five digs and two blocks for the B-A girls, and Katie Palmer added seven digs and 11 assists.
“The girls continue to impress me every match,” said Bellwood-Antis coach Stephanie Burner. “They have consistently stepped up and have been able to play at their level in a variety of lineups, even against weaker opponents.”
The Bellwood-Antis junior varsity also improved their record to 6-0 by winning two of three games from the Hollidaysburg junior varsity
