Hollidaysburg state police
Police report an MTD gas-powered snowblower, red and black in color, was removed from the Grazierville carport of Junior Iddings sometime between midnight and 7:30 a.m. on Dec. 22.

Police were called to the intersection of state Route 764 and township Route 579 in the Bellemeade area of Antis Township at 3:05 p.m. Dec. 23 to investigate an accident.
Police said Bud I Lucas Jr. of Tyrone traveled through the intersection and crashed into a vehicle operated by Rosalie J. Kenney of Altoona.
Mr. Lucas suffered no injuries in the accident and he was wearing his seat belt.
Kenney was transported to the Altoona Hospital for treatment of minor injuries. She was also wearing her seat belt.
Both vehicles sustained moderate damage.

No injuries were reported in a deer versus vehicle accident that occurred in the northbound lane of Interstate 99 in Antis Township at 1:15 p.m. Saturday.
Police said Abby Williams of Pleasant Gap struck the deer.
Huntingdon state police
Police were called to SR 550 in Warriors Mark Township at 2:59 p.m. Dec. 23 to investigate a two-vehicle accident.
Police said Carrol Brower of Bellwood was eastbound when she swerved to her left to avoid a squirrel on the roadway. He Dodge Caravan partially crossed into the eastbound lane, causing an eastbound vehicle operated by Roberta Cupp of Warriors Mark to swerve to the right and strike an embankment causing the vehicle to flip over.
Traffic control was provided by the Tyrone Fire Police and also the Warriors Mark-Franklin Township Volunteer Fire Co.

Hollidaysburg state police
Police were called to state Route 220, approximately 1/2 mile north of SR 350 in Snyder Township to investigate a crash.
Police siad Terry Michael Lyon of Ontario, Canada was southbound on SR 220 when he traveled into the west shoulder area and lost control of his tractor trailer. The vehicle came to rest blocking both lanes of SR 220. Traffic was re-routed.
Lyon was arrested for driving under the influence.

Hollidaysburg state police
Police were called to Hancock Street in Northwood, Snyder Township, at 9:20 p.m. on Tuesday to investigate a hit-and-run accident.
Police said an unknown driver of a blue sedan was northbound when it crossed the center line and sideswiped the left rear side of a vehicle operated by Janette V. Diehl of Tyrone.
Police said after impact, the driver of the blue sedan fled from the scene.

Hollidaysburg state police
Police were called to Burket Road in the Sinking Valley area of Tyrone Township at 3:50 p.m. on Nov. 25 to investigate an accident.
Police said a 17-year-old juvenile girl traveled off the roadway while attempting to negotiate a curve. The vehicle struck a tree. Police said speed was the primary factor in the crash.
The girl was transported to Altoona Hospital for treatment of moderate injuries. Her 1993 Hyundai Elanta sustained severe damage.

Police report a portable gasoline generator was found in a wooded area near the village of Northwood in Snyder Township at 5:30 p.m. on Nov. 25.

Police report the driving under the influence arrest of 42-year-old Timothy Scott Waite of Tyrone.
Police said the arrest was the result of a routine traffic stop that occurred in the parking lot of Hammerjax in Antis Township at 7:40 p.m. Nov. 8.
